Summary
The first time it happened, he told himself it was just the fresh grief making him crazy. The second time, he’d just had a little too much on a rough night - it happened to the best of us. And you know what they say, third times the charm.

Summary
They both know this is it. That beyond this barren landscape, whatever they found here will cease to exist.
It was born here and it’ll die here, and Eddie will spend the rest of his life missing it, but he’s not allowed to take it with him. They have to bury it - dig six feet down and submerge it in the sun-scorched earth so she can remember it for them. So she can cradle it and keep it safe, where no one can ever touch it. Where no one can ever taint it.

Summary
The truth is, Charles saw Erik many times between the disaster in Cuba and the prison break in 1973.
It was always in the summer. Always when Erik needed something: relief, help, advice... At first Erik's visits were a surprise, but over the years Charles grew to expect Erik showing up as the grass turned yellow and the days got warmer. Charles didn't want to give Erik anything. But he still had a weak spot for Erik, and soon it became inevitable for their lives to be entwined once again.
Chronicling every summer Charles saw Erik in those ten years (and the worrisome ones when he didn't.)

Summary
Gene knows he’s not right, knows he should not enjoy grasping other men’s ankles and wrists and chins in his hands as much as he does, should not admire the look of broad shoulders and thick thighs in green uniforms, so he clamps down tightly on all his urges and prays.
OR
Medics need to keep their distance, and Gene does, until he can't.
Half character study, half love story, with a lot of religious guilt and prayer.Series
