“Okay, there is no possible way that you, Nancy Wheeler, are having any trouble picking up babes!” Robin exclaims, falling back against a worn-in, honestly kind of musty, couch in her uncle’s basement with a loud laugh, nearly spilling the can of beer in her hand.
“Okay, I’m very flattered, but you don’t have to blow up my ego. It’s fine.” Nancy says with a soft smile, plucking at the tab of her beer can with her thumbnail.
“I’m serious! If the guys were awake, they’d totally agree!” Robin tries her best to reassure Nancy, honestly a little flabbergasted that Nancy can’t see what a catch she is. She’s so smart and kind, but takes no shit, and she is so beautiful. Like, what is there not to love?
