    Jack Warner, President of Warner Bros., is fed up with the chaos caused by the Warner siblings. Naturally, in the late 1930s the only valid way to deal with this is to lobotomized the eldest Warner sibling, Yakko. He enlists the help of Sigmund Freud and Dr. Walter Freeman to carry out the task.
