Summary
Hudson and Connor are best friends. Both are in stable relationships, and they’re about to begin filming the second season of Heated Rivalry. But a matching bracelet becomes the breaking point. Silence fell between them again, more unbearable than before.

Connor swallowed. His throat felt tight, like anything he said would break something else.
"That’s not fair…"
"Maybe it’s not," François admitted, looking at him with a mix of exhaustion and pain. "But it’s my truth, and Connor, the truth is it hurts like hell to love someone who’s always looking somewhere else."
