Azzi doesn’t know what happened, quite frankly. All she knows is that she woke up the morning after Paige’s draft last year and the blonde girl had wanted nothing to do with her. She stopped picking up her calls and slowed down on answering her texts until those weren’t getting replied to at all. Azzi tried to reach out about visiting her in Dallas, but she was ghosted every single time. She stopped liking her posts on every single social media platform. Azzi doesn’t know what happened.
paige and azzi haven’t spoken in a year. azzi gets drafted to the wings and they both have to relearn how to be teammates and friends. and maybe learn how to be something more.
