Harriet Potter had three rules at the Dursleys.
1. Don't be seen, or heard, and never draw attention to herself.
2. When outside her room, never stay still for too long.
3. Never let the freakishness happen in front of her family.These rules had saved her life more times than she could count in the Dursley residence, until the summer before her fifth year when she found herself breaking all of her rules and running somewhere she hoped would help her.
