Summary
Donna’s about ready to step off at her stop on the next floor when the elevator suddenly jerks, and she can hear a screeching sound from what seems like above them. The elevator shakes, and then stops. They seem to have stopped somewhere between the fifth and sixth floors, and for a few long seconds, neither of them move.
