This time, Malleus plays a song for him that Lilia’s only heard once before. It’s played better than it had been back then, and has several changes to it in certain spots. But Lilia can still clearly tell it’s the same one that Malleus once surprised him with. Back when it started become a little harder to deny is wasn’t just a crush Malleus felt towards him. It’s a song that leaves Lilia feeling warm and content, but also conflicted. It’s one he used to be so confident he would never hear again from Malleus.
