His words are hesitant, unsure. Taeui doesn’t look up, face still buried into Ilay’s shoulder. There’s a brief pause before he feels the rumble of Ilay’s laughter against him, a sound that used to infuriate him but now has him feeling a type of way that he can’t describe.

Summary
Jeong Taeui (beta) and Ilay Reigrow (Enigma) have been together for 4 years in Berlin, Germany since reuniting at the bus stop after the bombing at Rahman's mansion. Contrasting their earlier, rocky situationship, they have developed a deeper and more romantic relationship. Ilay continues his missions while Taeui spends his time in the Reigrow's mansion, enjoying his limited freedom. Recently however, Ilay has been doing something behind Taeui's back, creating some distrust and miscommunication between the two. Trying to confront Ilay, Taeui is often swept up at his pace and forgets to confront him. But to Ilay, everything he's doing is necessary. Jeong Taeui is his. From his hair to his toes, every nerve, every expression, all of it belongs to Ilay Reigrow. Instinctively, Ilay knows he has the ability to change Taeui's fate. His fate as a beta. To mark Taeui as his forever, Ilay will change his sub-gender to one where that will become a reality. But unfortunately, the fate of the Jeong twins persists, and Taeui faces challenges that not only affects his own life now, but his new family he carries inside his body.

Summary
