She had blinked, positive that her eyes were betraying her, until she lifted the ID for a closer inspection and nearly dropped it in shock at the portrait photo that was staring right back at her."
Or in other words; Ikjun and Songhwa are confident they would be able to keep their relationship a secret until one simple, accidental exchange of their ID cards exposes their secret to the entire Yulje Hospital.
