Summary
This series is gonna be some long-ass slowburn about the pressures and communication issues in Ryan and Min-Gi's lives throughout the early years of Chicken Choice Judy, ultimately leading to (spoilers) them ending back on the train. Eventually. When, exactly? Wouldn't you like to know! Then some stuff will happen on the train, presumably.
In the meantime, enjoy a lot of angst, hurt-comfort, and complicated emotional entanglements.
CONTENT WARNINGS for more adult themes than the show's explored previously, including adult sexuality discussion (and, eventually, some mild descriptions of actual acts), the HIV/AIDs crisis, internalized homophobia and fear of societal rejection, maybe some drugs and alcohol references, and basically anything else you can expect a pair of 20something bandmates to be described as having done in a scandalous music career biopic documentary.

It happened when wrapping his hands around Ryan’s waist became familiar, when he started singing in front of crowds, when he stayed up past midnight because he wanted to and not because he had a scholarship essay due. He lost his mask in some nowhere-town on the coast the first time he told Ryan I love you, and when they headed out on the interstate the next morning, he never looked back. It wasn’t that he was a new person, not really. Instead, for the first time ever, he was himself.
