Anyone would deem the word to be the perfect definition of the relationship between the cook and the swordsman.
There were never soft words shared between him and the swirly-browed cook. Just sharp remarks, heavy blows, and silent understanding. Anything close to softness was saved for their other crew members—not each other. Never each other.
That worked with the swordsman. His forte was never words, but actions. His love was shown in the way he constantly kept an eye on the crew; in the way he would stand there as a stone for them to lean on. He was the pillar for the crew. Always there, and neverending.
But the cook never leaned on him. He never needed to.
Basically a fic where they learn to talk with words because they suck at charades.

It’s been ten years since college, eight years since the last time he saw Sanji, and four years since Kuina died and Zoro became a father. He can’t remember the last time he thought about Sanji, the man doesn’t cross his mind anymore outside of the occasional reminiscing with his friends. He’s over his college situationship, been over him. Zoro’s got shit to do and he can’t waste time on the past.
So what happens when Sanji shows up again, recently divorced?

The baby had green hair, but Sanji looked Zoro in the eye and said it wasn’t his.
Just like he’d looked him in the eye two years ago and said nothing happened at Thriller Bark.Zoro remembers everything, though. The way the cook rode him till neither of them could think. The way the omega trembled when the knot caught, buried deep inside that tight heat. How desperate Sanji's voice had sounded when he begged Zoro for it.
Now, Zoro should just walk away. But no matter how hard he tries, his body still craves the cook's touch, his heart bleeds with yearning, and his stupid alpha instinct have sunk its teeth into what he cannot have, uncaring about how much the omega doesn’t want him back.
Even though Sanji keeps coming back to his bed.
Or: Sanji comes back to Sabaody with a green-haired baby that "isn't Zoro's", but Zoro's so whipped he'd become the dad who stepped up in a heartbeat if the cook would just have him.

Summary
Le Super-Tournoi de Jacinthe devolved from a mere brunch affair into effectively a day long prison sentence, completely derailing Corbeau’s schedule and exhausting him entirely. Still, ever the workaholic, he refuses to call it a night when he and Philippe are finally freed following the end of the tournament. Seeing his boss so agitated and unable to relax even after returning to the Rust Syndicate office, Philippe offers his service in aiding his boss in any way he can.
