Summary
The Wilson-shaped blanket groans quietly. “Since when are you a m’rning person?”
“I’m not, so stop testing my patience and get your ass here.”
“Where?” Wilson peeks out to look at him. His eyes finally land on the bag in House’s free hand. “What’s that?”
“The janitor’s right eyeball,” he deadpans as he turns the lights on in the bathroom. “He really annoyed me so something had to be done.”
“That’s…” House can hear him sigh in the other room. “I’m so tired I can almost believe that.”

After the two of them embark on their last journey, House notices that Wilson isn't taking care of himself the way he usually does. The reality of their situation is already grim enough, so House takes it upon himself to stop Wilson from sulking. Not because he cares, of course. It's just practical.

Summary
The two beds were right where they were supposed to be. House's was empty; he had fallen asleep in the armchair yet again. Wilson's bed was very much not empty. It had Wilson in it. And his years of being a medical doctor told him that his chest was definitely not moving.
"I'm dead."
"VERY TRUE."
He turned to Death again. "I am dead," he repeated.
"SAYING IT TWICE DOESN'T GET YOU ANY ADDITIONAL POINTS, JAMES WILSON."
"Dr. James Wilson," he corrected on reflex. He felt weirdly light. And funny.

Wilson dies (or does he?) and becomes a ghost (yeah that checks out).
