Cuddy looking up to House, eyes filled with hunger towards the older man, as if she was asking a permission. House doesn't say anything, but shook his head up and down, giving her the permission, without him also saying anything about it. He could feel the neediness of his boss, the way she put him in place. He'd just know to stay put, while Cuddy would do anything she needs on him.
