    "I'm not going to kill you," said the woman. She spoke in a very soft voice, making the usually harsh Eastern dialect sound gentle. "I've been trying to help you, but you do need to stop freaking out every time I do something."

    "You have a knife to my neck," he pointed out. "And you took my gun."

    "Yeah, well…" She paused, yielding slightly to his line of reasoning. "I couldn't let you keep them. Can't be too safe."

    Thankfully, the man let go. “Sorry. Is everything okay?”

    “No! I’m a mawwied woman!” She hoped she wasn’t slurring too much…

    The man cocked his head to the side. His blue eyes bored into her soul. “Is that a problem? Because I’m a married man.”

    Yor has a bit too much to drink during City Hall’s Christmas party and is incredibly distrustful of this handsome stranger with blond hair and blue eyes that refuses to leave her alone. Doesn’t he know she’s happily married?!?
