This started out as some totally non sexual thoughts about how everyone calls the main character "Dragonborn" and not their name - obviously with the game mechanics they can't but what if they just never cared to ask?
Then Sanguine takes an interest in this sad incredibly powerful heroine and decides to make her his slave and only incidentally happier than she's ever been in her life.
