And that was it. That was the one condition for his “type.” Nothing physical or any specific personality trait. Just pure intellect.
For years, that was his only criterion. Physically impossible, but it was better than looking dumb and having no answer. Turned away anyone who came asking for his hand almost immediately, too, so that was a plus.
Surely nobody would even come close to his level of intelligence. He could continue to focus all he wanted on mysteries and snacks.
