Summary
The story starts during episode 43 when Wei Ying and Lan Zhan happen upon our favorite juniors. I decided to cut down on numbers and only Jin Ling, Jingyi, Sizhui, Jin Chan and Ouyang Zizhen are being held hostage. The Burial Mounds didn't seem that scary in the series, so I decided to enhance that. To cut a long story short, we see Jin Ling warming up to Wei Ying throughout several episodes. The story follows canon, but I'm adding some personal touches, which will slightly change the story telling, but I feel it's still canon compliant!
Also note, I'm European, and although I tried researching the art of calling a person by its correct name, be it birth name, courtesy name or title escapes me. So feel free to skip this story and find a (probably Chinese) writer who does understand all these customs!

Q moved lower and lightly stroke over James’ abdomen, the muscles quivered at the touch. Q looked up and saw the man staring at him. A hunger in the alpha’s blue eyes. Q went to twist off the man, but James’ hand reached up and grabbed one of the brass rings in Q’s collar. The metal warmed around the boy’s neck. James threaded his finger through the ring and slowly pulled. The boy having to lean forward and down to James’ face.
When they were but hair’s breathe apart, James paused and looked intently into Q’s frightened eyes.
