Summary
Akechi has lived a sheltered life inside a tower due to a magic (curse) that gave him healing hair. Meanwhile Joker (real name unknown) is on the run from palace guards after stealing the Lost Prince's crown. When fate, destiny, and a random guard lead him to Akechi's tower, the two strike a deal: Joker takes Akechi to see the mysterious floating lights and Akechi returns Joker's stolen prize.
