Life at Mid-Wilshire Station was supposed to be simple. Clock in, follow orders, go home. Survival and staying safe is the rule. Attachment is the exception. Lucy and Tim think they know better than to cross that line. But knowing better has never been enough, has it?
Between mistakes, late-night patrols and unspoken words, something grew between the two. And it almost felt like forever.
