Abby says something indistinct over the music. Max makes a face to indicate she couldn’t hear and bends closer. Abby leans in. The ends of her hair tickle Max’s collarbones and she has to remind herself to breathe. Sometimes when you’ve been feeling sick for so long you stop noticing it at all. It’s the same thing with the effect Abby has on her; sometimes she thinks she’s grown used to it. Other times it hits her like a fever spike.
Abby says, in her ear: “You’re so quiet these days.”
Max rears back. The sick feeling is all throughout her body now.

Summary
Wednesday sucks in a breath of her own, the blood rushing into her cheeks. She just can't find any reason to stop it. Her eyes flicker up to Enid's, only to find the blonde watching her with soft blue eyes. In the clear light, Wednesday can see a sea of emotions filling her eyes and it intimidates Wednesday. She snaps her eyes away, feeling like the prey for once.
She then catches how Enid’s skin is still raised on her ribs. The scarring is quite remarkable. It's even more impressive that Enid is covered in scarring, that she willingly went through each one.

The tattoo artist/flower shop au BUT Enid is the tattoo artist and Wednesday is the flower shop owner.

Summary
What if there was another Hyde on the grounds? What if Enid hadn't been the one to save Wednesday before? What if the Hyde was Enid?
In this story, Enid and Wednesday were never roommates and never really got along. In the new semester they are forced to be together and though it is tense and bitter at the start they seem to find common ground eventually.
