    He looked at Sirius sharply, and for once, matched his grin. “Yeah.”
    “Maybe that’s my excuse then,” Sirius said. “I cause a bit of chaos now, and maybe one day, it’ll turn into rock and roll.”

    After losing his mother at age eleven, Remus has spent the better part of the last four years bouncing from school to school or else running around London and pretending as though he wasn't the kind of well-bred boy his father brought him up to be. Now, with his chances all run out, Remus is sent to Hawkings Independent School as a last-ditch effort to clean up his act. There he meets the very people who will set up the rest of his life, and is forced to confront the pieces of himself he'd long thought had been lost.

How her little sister had to take care of her sometimes like she was some senile old lady. How that, without Powder and Ekko's almost impossibly inventive brains, she'd probably never have bounced back from the horrifying discovery of her arm having been brutally blown off.

    That she really lost more than just one part of herself during that incident, and though she'd regained her limb, Vi felt like she’d never be complete at all.

    But then she teams up with some strange and extremely uptight Enforcer.

    Caitlyn stared back at her, ears burning, at the absolutely absurd request. No one, no one on this green earth, could make the infamous disaster that was Powder’s sister dateable. It was absolutely ridiculous to think anyone would want to date the girl who insisted her birth name was Violence no matter how anyone prettied her up. It was a doomed project and she should say as much.
