Kim Hongjoong a lead detective, has solved many cases. However for the past 5 years there has been a mafia known as 'The Outlaws'. They leave just enough evidence for the police to know it was them, yet without having any way to identify the people who actually committed the crimes the police cant do anything about it. Kim Hongjoong has been determined to find out who is behind every crime/plan, ever since he was made lead detective 3 years ago. But when he comes face to face with the leader himself, all morals are lost.

Summary
Park Seonghwa had been a prisoner at sea for the past two years ever since he was snatched off the streets. When a battle with a rival pirate crew leads to his capture, he is merely moved from one prison to another. He doesn't realize it at first, but this new prison is different. Against everything he knows, he slowly finds himself warming up to the crew members he had sworn to hate.

Summary
