Shouto giggled.
Honest to god giggled at him and his misery.
“Oh you think this is funny?” he asked, almost offended as he stepped inside the room, glare already set and mind determined to scold him into the next century for his recklessness.
“You are very pretty,” Shouto said, grinning lazily.

A mission goes wrong and Shouto is rushed to the hospital for emergency care but hey, he's fine! He's just kind of, very drugged up on painkillers. Katsuki finds it hilarious, then doesn't, then does. Then he has blackmail material for the rest of their life.
