The only thing keeping his optimism from caving in on itself are rare glimpses of the Adonis that sometimes shows up on the balcony across the street. With a physique carved out of marble, he's as inspiring as Lady Liberty or Christ the Redeemer. Except also really hot. Too bad he's totally out of Mark's league.
