Summary
Silas failed to recognize who greeted him. The Corrin he knew was laughing a moment ago with her siblings, glowing and carefree. Almost like she was the little girl he met daily to read books and play games of pretend. He hadn’t seen that side of her in some time, but war hardened and hollowed the most unyielding of warriors. Surely the stress and expectations had prevented her from being herself.
Now? Nothing but anguish and despair marred her face, lined with tears and puffy skin.
The war is over, peace is promised between Nohr and Hoshido, Xander becomes king, and Corrin struggles to cope—with the aftermath and her latent powers. Silas strives to help her, as any faithful retainer would, but when his fealty bleeds into infatuation, he fears telling Corrin anything will drive them apart again. For good.
Or 5 times Silas doesn’t tell Corrin how he feels and 1 time he does.

When Emu fails baking at her house, she goes to Saki’s home to bake there. Saki helps Emu make cookies & they nearly get caught by Tsukasa.
