   Summary

   Time is fickle. Change comes with time, and yet time itself is a constant. It affects every factor of mortal lives, and yet it's mistress is barred from interfering. So when the cries of the people of Old Mondstadt reached her, she molded a little wind spirit from her own blood, and sent it to help the mortals.
