Summary
So I did a few drawings of an arcane x f1 au I thought of in my head and then I thought ‘Why not write an entire fanfic to go with it.’ So here we are, it's going to be quite big, I have plans to make this into a 2 or 3-part story, all with multiple chapters. I've tried adapting the documentary style of ‘drive to survive’ while also putting in extra plot and story that the cameras wouldn't get.
This is the first piece of fanfiction I've ever written so bear with me. I've also watched F1 for many years now, but if I do by chance get anything wrong don't yell at me, please.
‘Season 1’ is set in 2021, because I loved the cars back then and because I refuse to call RB…RB, so I went back so I could call them Alpha Tauri.The ratings will stay at mature for now wink and I will add any tags or warnings I need to as I go because I haven't written the whole thing yet. I think that's all for now, hope you enjoy :)

She had barely finished speaking when Caitlyn’s office door opened again. Sevika glanced towards it, and Caitlyn saw the way her face immediately twisted into a scowl when she recognized the intruder.

The pain overshadowed everything in her powder-blue eyes. "Listen to me," she began softly, almost pleadingly, smoothing her thumb along the bottom edge of her eyepatch. "I know you messed up, and I'm not trying to sugarcoat it," her voice far too gentle for what was about to come, "but if anyone can clean this up, it's you." Confused, Caitlyn looked up at her, and instead of the expected anger, she saw only gentleness and compassion in Vi's beautiful face. "You're the bravest person I know, Caitlyn," a watery smile played around Vi's lips, "and the dumbest." She laughed softly but honestly, and gently tugged at the straps of her eyepatch to loosen it from her face.
Or: Caitlyn has a nightmare that intensifies her guilt. Vi is there and convinces her otherwise.
