Chloe makes some impromptu purchases one night after running into Jimmy and his new girlfriend. When a very surprised Oliver finds them, a misunderstanding sends them down a new path in their relationship. But as Chloe's feelings deepen and Oliver struggles with emotional intimacy, she wonders how much of Oliver's public playboy lifestyle she can really handle. Spoilers at least through Season 7 'Siren' but I take some liberties with canon, which should be clear. Assume late Season 7 - early Season 8.
