“Uh, I don’t think so?” Jungkook responded. “I don’t know I’m not really familiar on blind culture yet.”
Jungkook’s shoulders tensed for a moment when he heard the man laugh in response to his words. “Blind culture?” He repeated like it was a ridiculous thing to say. “I’d say fuck whatever that is and just answer shit based on how you feel.”
“Oh. Right. Cause I’m blind now.” Jungkook mulled over the words and then shrugged. “Well, you saved me the horror of having to throw away my coffee or risk overflowing it with creamer so if it was, I would say we’re even.”

Summary
yoongi is sitting against the dragon’s side, half hidden beneath her wing, reading a book. pausing behind a tree, jeongguk takes the time to admire the sight. it’s so… domestic. just a boy and his dragon enjoying the afternoon sun. for a moment, jeongguk sees what he could have, too.
but then he remembers what dragons have done to his family. to his community. it’ll take more than just this to undo the years of anger that have hardened his heart.
(or: for twenty years, jeongguk has hated and feared dragons, believing them to be monsters worthy of cruel fates. and then he meets someone who might just be able to change his mind—and his heart along with it.)

Summary
Namjoon doesn't begrudge those that find their soulmates quickly, doesn't hate them for it. The system sounds perfect at first thought: You stop aging at 23 until you meet your soulmate so you can spend an entire lifetime together. It's beautiful, fairytale-worthy really, unless you can't find your soulmate and, like Namjoon, you remain 23 for 800 years.
Namjoon had mostly given up, but then he meets Yoongi and his heart pounds and his breath catches and Namjoon has to accept that time is no longer infinite and he needs to make every moment count.
