Summary
When ten-year-old Steve Harrington's life gets turned upside down, he has to learn to navigate his new life. Every night, he transforms back into a human. And every morning, without fail, he returns to the water as a merman.
When Steve turns 18, he is allowed more freedom. He doesn't see the point in trying to reconnect with his human half, that is, until Eddie Munson walks into his life, a human who sees more than Steve expects, with a laugh that pulls him toward the sun and a warmth that might finally make the world feel worth staying for.
