Steve is not excited to move to Santa Carla with his newly divorce mother Joyce and his annoying younger brother Dustin, living with your grandpa Murray in the murder capital of the world doesn't seem the best. While in the crowd one night, he spots a girl and follows her, determined to talk to her. His mission gets interrupted by a very charismatic man who is assumed to be the leader of the gaggle of rebels. Wanting to prove himself worthy, Steve gets himself into more trouble than he could handle.
