Imagine that for orcs, the hair beads have a deeper meaning than just being an ornament.
Just like dwarves, orcs have beads that are given by parents on special occasions like birthdays, by friends as tokens of comeradeship, after a battle to commemorate their bravery, and private beads given as a sign of affection.Reader doesn't know of this and casually gives an orc warrior a hair tie with beads after redoing his braid - which for him means she want's to start a courtship with him ❤️

The room had fallen silent once more before an uncomfortable groan came from Al Haitham, shifting a bit more, uncomfortableness clear as he focused back on his book. Or he was trying to until a snappy tone was reintroduced to him.

The expression on the blonde’s face was in pure disbelief, it was hilarious and music to Al Haitham’s ears on the inside. And usually he’d point it out and make fun of him, but how could he..especially in a state like this. Where he had a hard on he was trying to cover in their living room for a good few minutes, in his defense..he didn’t quite know he was into such..kinks as degrading and slapping. Until now that was, and judging by the look on Kaveh’s face he didn’t know either.
Or:
Kaveh slaps Al haitham out of frustration and Al Haitham gets a boner. So Kaveh fucks him on his new couch.
