Summary
"He smiles to himself and begins to walk, unhurried, in Lohen’s direction. He doesn’t try to be quiet. He wants Lohen to hear him coming – to feel fear rushing up his throat, to bolt from his hiding spot like a scared rabbit, to run. And he knows Lohen wants him to give chase. To hunt him down until he’s breathless and trembling, to catch him and pin him and make him his."
Lohen needs to let loose. Varka, as always, indulges him.

Summary
On the horizon, a pale light blooms across the waves. The sun is still hidden behind the mass of dark water, but soon it will make its appearance. Duty is a harsh mistress indeed; Xiao can already feel her tugging at his gut. But for the first time in millennia, for the first time in so long that it hurts behind his sternum to think about, he doesn’t want to leave.
A lantern drifts by above them, splattered silver and gold beneath the fading light of the moon. Xiao glances to the side. Yelan is lying flat on her back, eyes closed, fur-lined cape spread out around her shoulders, braid slightly askew. The grass, almost black in the darkness, fades into the ebony of her hair.
Or; two duty-bound souls connect under a lantern-lit sky.

Summary
"Ganyu isn’t scared of much. She’s seen war, blood, death; and worst of all she has seen the inexorable passage of time, tearing loved ones away from each other, leaving her alone in a world where she doesn’t quite belong. She’s not scared of that, not anymore; she’s not scared of monsters, human or otherwise. But for some strange reason, the mere presence of the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor is enough to send shivers up her spine."
or, Hu Tao's obsession with Ganyu takes a turn for the worse.

Summary
Seven ideals for seven gods, and of these, Eternity is nearest unto Heaven.
"Before she was Raiden, she was Baal – this much she knows. But a name is not a lot to cling to when the great void of time opens up before her. It is a sea of darkness with four letters floating within. She fishes them out, but they have nothing left to give her."
