Summary
As they approached the ocean, Butter looked at Kenny and smiled. The scene brought back the reality of what had just happened before. The sun cast a warm glow on Butters' hair, which flowed gently in the breeze, and the sand under their feet made Kenny realized his reality. Butter then looked away, but deep down, Kenny longed to see his eyes.
"Butters," Kenny called softly. His heart pounded, not from discomfort but from a desire to have Butter to himself. What Kenny felt was longing. He didn't hate it. From the moment he first saw Butter years ago, he had always been interested in him.
Kenny loved Butter.
