Summary
I started writing this fic at 1am back in 2021, Espresso and Madeleine get kidnapped a lot, nearly die several times, I accidentally gave Madeleine hypersomnia? His mom in this fic is an OC because Cookie Odyssey hadn't come out yet, and she sucks. Things get darker and delve into more of an analysis of character's mental health after she's introduced. I really don't know how else to summarize this, but it's better than the old one.
The writing is all old and bad (in comparison to my current writing) but I want to try and wrap this up for those who've stuck around.

Summary
This takes place during the "Couldn't care less... and yet," story line in Cookie Run: Kingdom.
During Madeleine and Espresso's battle together against the Ginkgoblins, Madeleine gets hurt, and Espresso finds it hard to fully recover but tries to keep himself busy. The theater, luckily, came along just fine despite all the blood on Espresso's hands. He did what he had to do. Right? -

Summary
Espresso has settled in a budding new kingdom. All seems fine and well, until a certain knight in shining armor announces his arrival. A knight he is all too familiar with: Madeleine.
Despite their shared mission to find the legendary Soul Jam, Espresso wants to have nothing to do with the knight. But Madeleine seemed to have other plans.
Espresso’s deep-rooted hatred towards the knight is not something easily tamed, but Madeleine is set on facing that challenge.
After all, there's no one in the world who won't love him in the end.

Summary
When Espresso left Parfaedia and joined Gingerbrave in his new, growing kingdom - he’d have adjusted to his life with little problems already. He was well-respected, had his friends around, and was able to continue his job with no problems!
That is, until his ex-boyfriend moves into the kingdom, and he’s now forced to confront how his relationship ended in flames.
