He grinned again, reaching into his jacket and pulling out a vial. “This.” He held it up just enough for her to see, the light hitting it so that the rich, molten gold color sparkled in the light.
“And that is?” She asked. She had an idea, but she couldn’t quite piece together the reason for Malfoy having what she thought he had.
Malfoy looked at her like she had just grown two heads and then chuckled. “The famous Golden Girl doesn’t know liquid courage when she sees it? I’m shocked, truly.” He held one hand to his chest in mock surprise.
“Liquid courage? You mean Felix Felicis? Yes, I know it. Why do you have it, and why are you showing it to me?” She asked.
“You’re going to take a sip.”
