Summary
Someone intervened the night Dumbledore went to Privet Drive. Someone who knew exactly what that doorstep would cost.
Instead, Harry Potter grows up with a family, one foot in the Muggle world and one foot in a complicated bloodline. He arrives at Platform 9 3/4 completely unprepared for a bushy haired know-it-all who doesn’t treat him like the rest.
A new timeline but Voldemort is still coming. The horcruxes still exist. Some fixed points cannot be moved.
But this Harry knows what he’s fighting for before the war ever begins.
