It wasn’t much of an issue at first, reworking a stitch she’d just sewn was hardly doing God’s work. After eating, sleeping and breathing textiles her whole life, Mizuki was quite efficient - a simple mistake didn’t set her back by much.
Until she started spiralling.

She missed it—she missed it deeply, and yet, the thought of meeting them again terrified her. The thought of them treating her as somebody in need of pitiful care—like a glass that would shatter on touch—made her feel naked. If she lost that safe space, lost the ability to be herself around them, it would hurt more than if she were to just leave their ties on an open-end.

OR: after the festival, Mizuki isolates herself from N25, and she finds herself unable to finish her design. She faces the source of her worries, soon after confronted with Ena's response to her avoidance.

Summary
Mizuki and Ena didn’t argue.
Sure, they bickered a lot. The pair could be seen teasing each other more often than not, dealing out harmless jabs that resulted in nothing more than a roll of the eyes or a middle finger thrown across the room. Their constant quarrels were nothing more than that, quarrels. Annoying, yes, but harmless.
Which only made Mizuki’s current situation worse.
