Simon memandang dirinya di cermin untuk terakhir kalinya, awalnya merasa agak malu melihat bentuk tubuh telanjangnya sendiri, mengamati ciri-ciri 'aneh' pada tubuhnya, memberanikan diri untuk meninggalkan kamar mandi dan menghadap pasangannya di ruangan lain.
Akankah dia jijik melihat pria dengan... ini? Akankah dia mulai mengabaikannya setelah melihat sisi dirinya yang ini?
Pikiran negatif tak berguna sekarang; Simon perlu memastikan kecurigaannya sendiri dan tidak membiarkan komentar khayalannya menghantuinya. Mengenal Jack, yang paling bisa ia setujui adalah bahwa Jack mungkin idiot karena melontarkan lelucon aneh itu, tetapi tidak cukup serius untuk menyakitinya—itu sangat jelas terlihat saat mereka berkencan. Summary
Gazerbeam narrowly escapes death at the hands of the Omnidroid, but gets gravely wounded. Still, he manages to survive in the cave on his own until help arrives.
He just didn't expect it to be in the form of Gamma Jack, who has gone undercover in Syndrome's mercenary ranks to avoid a similar fate to the other supers brought to the island.
a.k.a. Gazerbeam and Gamma Jack both survive, they both make it off the island, and they both live happily ever after.
(I wanted to write fluff where both of them survived, but I had to include how they survived before we get to the fluff.)
