Summary
Buggy basically watches the movements of his opponents through One Piece. The clown feels he's fallen behind, so he makes a decision:
If the sea rejects Buggy as the Pirate King, then he will be the King of the World, proving to the sea that he is worthy of reclaiming the treasure of the Pirate Era.
Some say Cross Guild is very reminiscent of pirate rocks, which will make the world tremble, or perhaps
the buggy unwittingly carries a will inherited from Xebec D. Rocks without knowing it!

Summary
One final punch and it should’ve been over. Blackbeard defeated, the crew victorious, Luffy smiling like always… until a black hole opens and sucks him into another universe.
Usopp, ever the brave (and slightly panicked) sniper, jumps in after him—because leaving your captain behind isn’t an option, especially when he’s your brother in all but blood.
Now stranded in a world where the Straw Hats died early, Usopp and Luffy are falling (literally) into a battlefield they don’t recognize. And back home ? The rest of the crew isn’t sitting still. If getting Luffy and Usopp back means defying physics and dragging Vegapunk into it—so be it.
Too bad the people in this new world have no intention of letting either of them go.

Intending to rewrite history, Shamrock raises Luffy within the ironclad halls of justice. However, the most terrifying force on the seas isn't an Ancient Weapon, but a hyperactive child who has the entire household—including Shamrock’s own intimidating father—wrapped around his finger.
(...And if Shamrock and Garling have to systematically dismantle the World Government, assassinate the Five Elders and burn Mary Geoise to the ground just because Luffy decided the Empty Throne would make a really cool fort to play pirates in... well, parenting requires sacrifices.)

It's one of the best One Piece fanfics I've ever read.
