Summary
Florian never expected to live in Kitakami after being separated from his twin sister. He also never expected to forge such strong bonds with two kids from the small town that would blossom into a deep friendship (and something more).
Kieran never expected he would be able to meet someone outside of his family who liked him for who he was, flaws and all. He would do whatever it takes to stay by the radiant boy's side forever.
Carmine never expected an outsider from the home that she loved would be able to accept who she was so well, even when most of the other townspeople didn't. She would be grateful for everything her friend and fellow rival would give her.
(An AU where Florian moves to Kitakami a few years before the Scarlet/Violet main story and becomes involved in lots of adventures with the Kitakami siblings, before moving to the main story)

“Oh, this?” Hypnos wiggles his hips, showing off the accursed article of clothing. Zagreus’ face heats up even more. “I got it for half price! Can’t say no to that deal, not with the current climate of the market!”
“Right. And just why are you in the market for…neon polka dot granny panties?”
Just stringing that sentence together causes him a similar pain to gargling battery acid.
“They’re comfy!” Hypnos chirps with a stretch. “Seriously, you should try some Zag! I have a ton of spares!”
Zagreus balks, then shakes his head. “Ah, no thanks, mate. I’m good.”
OR: There are certain…eccentricities that come with a blooming relationship with Hypnos, as Zagreus learns.

The Stormtrooper removes his helmet, and suddenly all Nursey can see is an ocean of molten gold, guarded, warm. He’s about Nursey’s age, freckled in the face, slightly awkward in the large ears. His red hair is plastered to his forehead with sweat, lank, and Nursey is struck with the realization that there is, in fact, a real, living, breathing person under the cold, white mask.
“I can get you out of here,” the Stormtrooper says. His voice is hard, but not as hard as Nursey would have assumed it to be. “I help you, you help me.”
Nursey scoffs. “Chyeah. And this ends with my dead body and you getting a promotion, right?”
How very wrong he was.
