Summary
Cassian can see Thalassa's sky stretch in shades of bruised blue in Tucker's eyes, melding and unfolding like the heart of a storm. Rain, rain, and more rain; remember folks, make sure to bring all your laundry back inside! came Ash's voice, tinny and trebly from his radio that morning. The hair on the back of Cassian's neck stands on end - anxious, anticipatory - surely because of the storm, surely not because he's standing on the same rooftop he nearly jumped off last week with the same person who talked him down.
In the eye of a hurricane stands a man named Tucker Whitlock.
or, Cassian does not know just what to make of Tucker.

Summary
in an alternate universe where fluixon has seemingly messed up every aspect of his life, he chooses to escape to the closest place he has to home in his heart: the red woods of luminara.
he’d wandered those woods countless times before, far deeper than most would ever dare to go, and never once believed the stories of an angel said to dwell somewhere within them. but on a night where going home feels worse than whatever might be waiting for him between the trees, fluixon finds himself venturing deeper than ever before.
lost, desperate and with nothing left to hide from himself, he makes one simple wish: to know what love feels like.
and for the first time in his life, the woods answer.

Summary
"Yeah, but me and Flux don't use that many pet names," Saps says as he’s typing. "I mean, I guess I do a little, with 'baby' and 'babe' but that’s it! It's not like I'm saying 'honey' or 'sweetheart' or some shit like 'my love' or 'darling'—"
He keeps cringing with each one, but the bit is too important to commit to. By the time he's finished listing off more and more names, his face feels hot and he stops typing. The room is silent, and Saps looks around. Flux and the goons are staring at him, mouths wide open.
"Uh…Flux?”
"Oh my god, I think you broke him," Thomas says.
Or: “Aww, poor baby.” (“Shut up.”)
