Bruce stood tall, he drew to his full height, shoulders squared, feet planted on the fancy carpet of his study. Even when he was out of the cape, Batman slept in his bones. Heightened his senses when something was off, shadow of a cape brushing his back when he felt danger, and righting his body when he felt emotion. Like now, staring his second eldest son in the face. Eyes too green, face too scarred, and body too tall.
