Obi-Wan learns that Vader is a monstrous, hulking thing. He’s a beast of coarse, black scales, and yellow eyes that bore into your very being. His sounds are thunderous and he’s very capable of shattering the castle windows with just an exhale of frustrated air. He’s larger than life and eclipses the sun when he soars, and his wings alone can cause damage akin to a tornado just by taking flight.
His teeth are sharper than any blade, his breath of fire hotter than any flame, and his glare alone can make even the strongest men cower in fear. He towers taller than homes, and his temper flares at the simplest of actions.
He’s brash, temperamental, and hates people.
The first time Obi-Wan had the privilege to meet this glorious beast, said dragon had nearly taken his head off.

Summary
Rory had tried to object — that, no, Marc, you can’t do this alone. But Marc had simply guided him to Layla with a solemn expression and a promise to hold off their attackers as best as he could. Layla had taken his hand then, had to pull Rory in stumbling, reluctant steps around the wall — towards their hopeful escape.
Rory wanted to call Marc a fool, a reckless idiot, that they could all run and hopefully make it out.
But Rory was naive, and now he wavers in his hiding spot, feet away from Marc— Steven— Jake— their body, laying in distilled water, blood pooling around them.

He’s only brought out of his thoughts when the same boy speaks his name with hesitance, Tommy lifting his gaze to see Tubbo staring at him with the same concerned look he had moments before. He’s backed off from Tommy now, holding a bloodied rag in his hands. Tommy lifts a hand to his face, running his fingers over the newly cleaned wounds. They still sting beneath his touch, but they’ll heal, along with the bruising he can feel around his right eye.
“How… how do you feel?”
