Eighteen year old Annie Sawyer falls down the stairs at Bristol Secondary and dies. She discovers that a young man in her year named George can see her, too. Turns out, he has another friend who can see her, too. His name is Mitchell. Mitchell's a third year university student with a "dickhead" step father (who so happens to be the principle of the school). This is a story of two supernatural teenagers and a twenty-something vampire trying to fit in with society and accept their situations. But the world is against them. Of course, it's against them. That's what being a (human) young adult is all about, right?
