Summary
It's been five years since Nevermore and since Wednesday and Enid parted ways for different lives on different coasts – Wednesday leading a quiet life as a writer in upper Manhattan; Enid floating through jobs and significant others, trying to get a handle on adult life in San Francisco. Everything changes after Enid finds herself running from an abusive relationship straight to Wednesday’s doorstep and Wednesday finds herself struggling with her repressed feelings for Enid as she invites her back into her life to help her old friend get back on her feet.
