Summary
The first time Jisung sees Minho in four years — the first proper time, not the glimpses during Chuseok and odd weekends here and there when he’d come down from university — he’s running his hand through his hair and looking so unbelievably beautiful Jisung almost falls off his bike.
He hasn’t spoken to Minho in a long time.
Or: in 2002, four years after Minho moved to college, four years after they stopped speaking, seven years after Jisung fell for him, twelve years since the day they met, Jisung and Minho fall in love again.

Summary
The test goes similarly to last time— Jisung smiling and humming happily to himself while breaking laws of the road every turn. He does seem more confident though, and he uses his turn signals. All in all, if Minho were a better man, he would overlook the few mistakes he witnessed and pass Jisung.
But he thinks back to the past week— how he had wallowed, and missed sitting next to Jisung in an enclosed motor vehicle. So, he does the only thing he can think of to guarantee that he will see Jisung again.
He fails him.

Hence why he’s been sitting in front of Seungmin’s door for days.
It’s Seungmin’s first heat since their pups were born. He had read online how much more territorial omegas get after they become mothers— but to think Seungmin would kick Jeongin out? The pups’ father?
He can’t say he’s not a little hurt.

Summary
Surrounding Minho, in an almost perfect semi-circle around his crossed legs, are a litany of small paper strips, all tinted a pale pink. Minho picks one up, holds it out in front of him like it offends him, “what do you think this is?”
“I—” Chan huffs, leans back fully against the wall and crosses his arms, “I don’t know, baby. Tell me? Please?”
Minho scoffs, “dumb alpha.” He drops the strip back with the others—Chan watches as it flutters to the floor. “They’re ovulation tests, yeobo. You were right. I’m in pre-heat.”
