Summary
Jisung has never played Gay Chicken before. Minho offers. Jisung agrees, for some reason. Feelings ensue.
Or:
There was a pause, before Minho's grip on his arm tightened, just slightly. “You could…kiss me.”
Jisung let out a shuddering breath, feeling like the wind got knocked out of him. “That… that sounds more like an invitation than a strategy, hyung.”
Minho hummed low in his throat, his eyes locked on Jisung's lips. “Then I guess you'll just have to see for yourself, won't you?”

Summary
Jisung has always found the stars fascinating.
He distinctly remembers sitting with his father in front of the bedroom window every night before bed, making a wish to the tapestry of stars scattered throughout the night sky, hoping the constellations would hear and grant them.
He grew to cherish those memories from childhood to adulthood, carrying out the little tradition, even though he knew by now the stars didn’t hold any spiritual power over the world. It always gave him a wave of nostalgia to sit and wonder over the twinkling lights, holding that connection alive with his dad even when he was too busy to text.
His wishes had significantly changed over the years as he's gotten older, as to be expected, though only one thing has stayed consistent through the last 10 years.
Lee Minho. His childhood best friend. His roommate. And most importantly, the person whose heart has decided it wants to yearn after.
Or: With the help of a shooting star (or three), Jisung gets the ability to see what people's real intentions are. How this going to help him to get together with Minho, he has no idea.

Summary
“Of course.” Jisung nods, scooting his chair forward. “It’s all incredibly professional.” He looks down at the writeup Minho slides in front of him. His eyebrows pull together. He looks back up. “You’re not a vampire, are you? I’ve heard they make great history teachers. Y’know, because of the primary source of it all.”
Minho pushes his tongue into his cheek, fighting off another smile. “Do I look like a vampire, Mr. Han?”
Jisung shrugs. “You’re hot, and in your prime, and your teeth do look a little sharp…”
“Stop looking at my teeth. Let’s focus on Jongseob.” Minho taps his finger on the desk. He manages to hold back his traitorous smirk until Jisung breaks eye contact. He doesn’t enjoy when men know they’re working for him.
“Sure, sure,” Jisung shakes his head like he’s trying to remove Minho from his mind. “My very capable, smart nephew. Not his hot vampire teacher.”
Minho is Jisung's nephew's history teacher. They meet at parent-teacher conferences.

Summary
And then comes Jisung.
The final moment, tonight's centerpiece. A calculated reveal.
His first public appearance after presenting, the second son beta no one paid attention to, now revealed to be a diamond in the rough.
Minho doesn't think when he offers Jisung his leather-gloved hand. And Jisung takes it without hesitation, the touch light, for balance and form, but Minho feels the warmth as if it were skin on skin, searing through the leather like flame.
The noise surrounding them rises as soon as Jisung appears, all attention focusing on him.
He's luminous.

Summary
“You’ll do anything?”
“Yes, anything,” Jisung said, his voice so desperate that Minho almost felt bad.
Almost.
“You do realize that’s a dangerous thing to say,” Minho said, eyes raking up and down Jisung’s tense body. “What if I ask for something crazy?”
“Then I’ll do it,” he said confidently.
“Really?” he smirked. “Then come over here.” He beckoned him with a single finger.
Jisung hesitated for a split second, but his feet moved slowly, dragging along the carpet until he stood right in front of him.
“Get on your knees,” he demanded.
Or what happens when Jisung’s barely keeping his business afloat, and the only option left is to turn to his longtime rival, Lee Minho, and ask for help.

Summary
Jisung turns his head to give Minho an angry squint. “I feel like you’re trying to trick me. I don’t know how, or for what reason, but you are.”
Minho isn’t looking at him anymore, scrolling on his phone, gracing Jisung with his ridiculous side profile. “I would never trick you,” he says, voice as flat as the plains of Colorado.
“That sounds like something someone who’s trying to trick me would say.”
“Jisung.”
“What.”
“Come here.” He clicks his phone off and sets it on the nightstand between their beds, then pats his thigh.
“What?” Jisung short circuits for a moment. Minho wants him to… what? Sit on his thigh? Isn’t that a little forward? That has to be skipping at least ten steps. They’ve only known each other for, like, less than 72 hours. And a majority of that was spent antagonizing one another.
“I said come here.” And he pats his thigh again as if that’s a completely normal thing to do.
