Summary
every night, Theo sends a text to his dead sister. He knows she'll never answer. She died three years ago, and her number should have been disconnected long ago. But texting her is the only thing that still makes him feel close to her. So he tells her everything—the songs he writes, the bad days at school, the things he has no one else to tell.
Then one night, someone replies.
Intak, a boy the same age as theo, has just gotten a new phone number. A number that used to belong to the girl who died years ago.At first, the messages are awkward. Then they're curious. Then the two boys slowly get closer by every passing day. They open up to eachother about their personal experiences. Strange feelings begin to spark between the two, and they wonder how things could be if their own two situations were different.
